  • you are right molder brown ml holmes
  • I still say that this site should NOT be politicized. This site was designed and published as a vehicle for molders and their associates to spread a little bullshit , find old shipmates , and in general , enjoy each others "company" . To do otherwise is just wrong . I too am unhappy with the destruction that is being visited on my country , However , until we hold elections , there isn't much that we can do to correct the situation . So , i suggest that we tone down the rhetoric , enjoy what freedoms we have left , and tell the world to kiss our collective ML ass. Just a thought .
  • Chief James Stryganek left SIMA Norfolk for the Puget Sound. He worked in the R1 Div office. He did the Desert Storm Cruise and made Senior about 95 or so.

  • Does anyone know Chief Robert Fabek? I served with him on the USS Sierra and the Puget Sound. Last I heard he was retired and living in the Norfolk area. Hell of a good guy. Anyone with any info please give me a holler.

  • I met Chief Audette when he was about to retire.
I was a resevist on active duty, and met him on board. Don't remember which ship.
Seemed like a great guy. He was from the Adirondaks of NY.
    Where is he living now?

Posablly seeing about starting up a navy molders museum?

I know they dismissed our rate back in 1997. I would hope there are enough of us left to possably  get together and see about creating a museum somewhere  here in the states to preserve our long history and heritage that we all have shared as Molders. Any of you out there please give me a response if you read this Discussion.                                      Thanks.
