  • You sure sound testy there lad. Did the old lady give you the "LOOK" sometime shortly ago . Jesu Christie, what a grouch.
  • George - my email address is - molderbrown@verizon.net
I'd sure like to see that big knothead. We had a few GOOD liberties while we were on the H.
  • Dan, just talked to Joe. He said great, 2 on 5 for 20 years he will be able to pay off his mortgage. His address is 253 Powderhorn Rd, St Marys GA 31547. I have his phone number, is there a way I can email you from this site? I also gave him the info for this site.
  • Yo - ratchetass (you know who you are) - thanks for the heads up.
  • George, if you have an address for Joe Wirth, I would appreciate if you would lay it on me. I've owed Joe twenty dollars for about forty five years, and I would like to pay him. I don't eveb know if that will buy a case of beer anymore, but I would like to get it to him. Joe worked with me on the HOLLAND, in Rota. I am ever so glad that he made Senior. He was a good lad, and a pretty fair molder .
  • George: I can not rmember for the life of me what his name is. He was a good guy though. He was wrighting the ML test and was going to retire there. I was trans. to Mayport Fl. from there and then to the Naval Reserve Center in St. Petersburg Fl. from there. I now live just north of St. Petersburg in a small town called Dunedin Fl. As for the ticker, things seem to be working out OK for now. I just take it one day at a time.
  • Aldo, good to hear from you. Sorry to hear about the ticker problems. That tour in P cola was something else. Who was the MLCM that had been there for so long?
  • That is right George. I was stationed there when you got there. I remember you had a mobile home that you had to set up on some land that you had bought near the base. That was quite a job. You did all the digging so you could hook up your water and elec. lines. I was there doing the rewright of the ML-3 & 2 and 1 & C. I thought I remembered you by your name but when I saw your photo in the PM A school that did it. Hope you are doing well.
  • i think the yankees are gonna choke again. GO PHILLIES.
  • Aldo, you were at NETPDC at the same time. Wern't you writing the ML exams or doing the rewrite on the ML 3&2?

Posablly seeing about starting up a navy molders museum?

I know they dismissed our rate back in 1997. I would hope there are enough of us left to possably  get together and see about creating a museum somewhere  here in the states to preserve our long history and heritage that we all have shared as Molders. Any of you out there please give me a response if you read this Discussion.                                      Thanks.
