"I was in Comp 127 from May 01tillI guess the first of aug. Last year I worked for a Fire Sprinkler Comp. installing in condoes near the airport. Asked the asked the superintendant what happened to the old camp and he replied"You are standing on it."…"
"I spent many years on the WOODIE WOO!WAS THE LEAD QUARTERMASTER FOR A WHILE. I THINK EITHER IT OR SIMON BOLIVAR IT WAS I MOVED FROM WEAPONS STATION TO KINGS BAY. MY FIRST THE ULYSSES S GRANT. STILL MEMBER OF WOODROW WILSON"
I sent you another friend request with my e-mail address in it and the number I've been trying to reach you at. It won't post or be open to public viewing. Once you accept the request, I can e-mail you direct here on this site - and you will also be able to e-mail me direct at my outside e-mail address.
Man ... it's great to hear back from you. Really made my day and I look forward to catching up with you and of course reminding you of "why" you married Jill .... LOL. I still remember that embarassed and dirty look she gave you after I just couldn't help but throw out that comment over at your house that evening.
If you're able to, and have his info, tell Gary Street that I said hello as well and hope that he's doing well. It wasn't until well after I'd transferred that I actually understood what a Command Master Chief really was!! When I did figure that out ... I was REALLY glad that I didn't listen to you when you told me that his daughter wanted to go out with me .... Gary would have shot me for sure!!! That was probably about the only smart thing I did when I was down there ... avoid getting a bounty placed on my head!! LOL
Get in touch with me and yes, hearing back from you made my day.
Wow!! It IS you!! Honestly, I was thinking that I'd never be able to locate you and then I was directed to this site by a former shipmate of mine "just in case". Also, yes, I now remember the deer that was stolen from me - bummer to say the least - but at least you got yours!
Jimmy, I just want to thank you again for all that you did for me when I was "assigned" to the stables as my "punishment" for breaking my hand. Between you, Buddy, Gary and the others, I felt right at home and in my own element and really appreciate all you all did to show me the ropes of how the Navy really is outside of a training command. I have a lot of fond memories of Meridian and still have the pictures of "Bisquit" as well as that huge-ass Water Moccasin that I ended up laying beside when the damn horse decided that he wanted to leave in a hurry after spotting him!
I sent you a "friends" link - when you accept that, I'll be able to send you a private e-mail with my personal contact information.
I look forward to speaking with you and who knows ... maybe we'll get the chance to hook up again one of these days for another deer hunt.
Get off the computer so I can call you!! I've been trying to call you but could not leave a message and now your phone is BUSY!
Haven't seen you for 25yrs now - or basically a few months after I had to chase that Whitetail Deer within 20yds of your treestand so that you could hit it with that muzzle loader!
Trying now to touch base and see how life is treating you.

Jimmy,
I still can't send you an e-mail on here yet - you need to "accept" the request.
Really looking forward to hearing from you and give you an invite to go on a REAL hunting trip for Whitetail back in West Virginia.
Jimmy,
Check your friend request I sent. My contact information is in there for you. I've tried calling you, but think I may have the wrong number.
