  Hi Jim, I remember you picking me up at my house in National City to go to a shop party. You pulled up in the driveway and used your HAM to call me on the phone. One look at that old photo and it all came back to me.

  Hello Craig, I had the box van. It was a metro 4 cyl but was gas. Also had the ham radio. I sold the van to ML1 McGrath just before I retired. I think he had some large dogs that he wanted it for.

  I remember MLCS Denbow tell the magnesium story. Not sure if he was in the shop or the division office when this took place. He said he did not want to pour magnesium but had direct orders from the repair officer to do this anyway. I only know of one molder who has experience pouring this metal. Maybe he will fill us in on the details, right Dev.
