"William, That is true about the Base. It is now a China Container Shipping Terminal. Was turned into that around 2001 I believe. Was Stationed there out on the mole at Sima from 1987-1989. Lived off base after I got married in 1988 in Long Beach."

After departing the USS Missoui BB-63 mid Sep 1987, became a K-9 handler till 1991. Lived in base housing off of Santa Fe also. Was hoping to remember some of the names of the civilain Police Officers that I served w/ but, can not. I saw on Google…
