"Arrived at Great Lakes in September 1988. I was assigned to Company 299. It was pretty cold but we still spend plenty of time running arounf on the north grinder."

Yep, I remember you Doug. I had some really good times on the Spartanburg County. You were an EM if I remember correctly. At the time I would have given just about anything to get off that tub, but I really miss it now.
