I got this from Amazon last week. Don Rickles as CPO Sharkey "Mr Warmth" himself. LOL I was at RTC in the Summer of 79 a little over 2 years after the show left the air. But I knew CPO's like Sharkey and SN like Pruitt.. LOL

I was in Company 086-59 at NRTC San Diego (Feb to April). Looking for a copy of the Anchor for that company.
Was in Company 924 in June-august 1975. I had Sun Burned Ears and one Marching Party. Other than that it was pretty much uneventful.
I was in company #644, Oct-Dec 1968. From a small town and poor family, this was my first time from home, first time on an airplane, etc.
A couple of us got busted grab-assing, throwing pans of HOT water on each other, during mess hall duties! Kid's just never learn... ha ha
Went on boot leave with Dan Farley, to his folk's place in San Diego... That was great... THANKS
Merry Christmas to all you Navy Veteran's out there.
I was in company 001 RTC San Diego January 1974
I've seen it a lot more then that.
I see someone has seen In Harms Way. Henry Fonda had the line about the Navy never being wrong.
JOHNNY, YOU ARE SO CORRECT. HOW MAY TIME DID WE GO "HUH?" OR "ARE YOU SURE?" AND THEN ENDED UP SAYING "WELL IF YOU SAY SO."
