"Retired in 2004 as the last board-selected CWO4 Photographer (747X).
One LDO then decided to revert to become a CWO5 Photographer.
The LDO photographers got the CWO program thrown away because they could not get sea billets.  They lobbied and won. …"

"TAD 1996 as a PHC.  They had been without a PH for two years.  After the workups at Camp Shelby, I prepared a slide shot of al the photos for the CO.
133 wound up winning the Peltier award; I wound up getting CWO2 with this in my package!!  Thanks."
