  • Class 7540, graduated 26JUN75.  CC was HM1 Claussen, class nurse was Lt. Jones, class LPO was Dean Hager.

Spent my fair share of time at the Rathskeller, along with North Chicago's and Waukegan's finest establishments.

Sorry to see it has graduated it's last class, there is something to be said against progress too.  Now all the medical services from all the branches of service will be trained at Fort Sam Houston, but I fear Navy medicine will be taking a step backwards now.

  • Hey George,
While I know I don't remember you and sure you have no clue to who I am, I was a student at NavHospCorpScol in the winter of 91. Hell my class was the last graduating class that year and almost got stuck there because of a major snow storm. My plane was the last flight out that night... Deiced it twice and took off. Once in the air the pilot announced the airport just closed.

  • Hi, Just joined this group. Was assigned to NAVHOSPCORPSCOL from 91 - 95 when I retired. I was the bad man of the command, CMAA. Enjoyed the time there except for the last CO, he was a real jerk
