Ok John, so where did you serve to be claiming Vietnam

John Gibbson. I have a question for you.
If your service dates are April 8 1965 though April 8 1971. Would you tell me how you could be claiming that you were in Viet Nam with the VFW. The USS Saratoga didn't leave to there till April 13 1972 and returned on Jan 8th 1973.
Either you dates are mixed up or you never made the cruise.
