"Anyone still active? I often wonder if I am the last Molder in the Navy. Went to Molder A in the summer of 89 and when the Navy closed the ML rate, I struck for DC. Today I am the ENG LCPO onboard IKE. Still missing the foundry."

A lot of guys want to see if they can find old friends, but there are those of us who write down a lot of our memories as we try to find old friends. Then there are some of us who help others find their old friends. I did that for a long time. Finally had to stop doing that. My eyes are going. Can't sit here for too long any more.
You may very well be the "last" Molder in the Navy! However, there are still a lot of us old sand rats still around! A lot of the ones I knew are dead, and I am looking for a lot of the ones I once knew.
