    Paul, Finished bootcamp in NOV of 76 and went to AO school in Dec. Sent to NAS Miraamar San Diego first 2 years then last 15 months with VS-22 aboard your sister ship Saratoga. Got out in Sep of 80.

    Danny B & Farmer? I've been trying to locate them for quite some time now.  Unfortunately I wasn't successful. I'm also wanting to get in touch with Yard dog & Ardvark.  Finding these gents is like looking for a brown needle in a haystack.

    Hey Paul, welcome to NavyVets and while you're here, join us in VA-85. Hopefully you'll recognize some names and reconnect with some former shipmates.  If you have some pics you're willing to share, upload them onto your profile page.  Also, feel free to chime in your comment if you want.  If my memory is correct, weren't you also known as Erp?  If you looked at some pictures in my profile, our time in Siganella was memorable.

    The reunion will be held in Virginia Beach this September.  Many of us will are planning to be there. Be sure to contact Bob Moore for more info. Again, glad you joined NavyVets. -Al

    Welcome aboard Paul! Ever thought about re-enlisting? In a way that is! We could always use another veteran crew member on the USS Slater (DE-766) in Albany! Even if only a day or two a month!
