Where were you or your family stationed?

My Dad served in WWII on the USS Pinkney APH-2 and the USS Pensacola CA-24. He was also stationed at Point Loma as a radar school instructor. His enlistment was up before I was born. My husband is a retired Navy RMCS. He served for 23 years (before we met) and was stationed on the USS Gilmore AS-16, USS Ranger CV-61, USS Saginaw LST-1188. He had shore duty at NAVCOMSTA in Asmara (Ethiopia), NAVCOMSTA UK in Thurso (Scotland), and MSCMED in Naples (Italy).
