That is my friend, Andy. He was one of the Divers. That table in front of him is the Bearing Bench in the upper Foundry on USS Hector. The ladder to his left goes up to the Lower Machine Shop, and right behind him is the ladder going down to the lower foundry. The guy in the lower right corner of the picture is Dan Butler.
