    Served aboard Raleigh from May 1967 until transfered in January 1969.

    Great memories of a great ship with a good crew. I was attached to V division.

    Miss the friendship, mid rats and mess deck coffee. The occas

    ional home made bread was a real treat.

    Thank you USS Raliegh for the ride.

    I was aboard from pre-com til 1966 and I still think we had the
    worst looking ships crest ever. It was always so hard to read.
