    This was my last duty station before I retired.  Just did a little over a year and a half at the Branch Clinic.  I wanted to re-up 4 more to make 30, but the detailer's conditions were that I forfeit the last half of my shore duty and go aboard an LHA getting ready for deployment.  I had just left 9 consecutive years with deployable Marine units and had just gotten remarried.  Better part of valor was to toss in the towel.

    six months before retirement the hurricane hit and forced me to retire out of my home town, worked at SERMC machine shop 04 till close
