I am sure Navy Veteran's originally from Pennsylvania are now living throughout the USA. Pennsylvania would be their home of record at time of entry into the US Navy.

    I was recruited in Indiana PA Sept '73 but was DEP for Hospital Corps school until June '74.

    Fellow Pennsylvanians. There is an extremely important political race going on for the seat of deceased John Murtha in Western PA. I'll try not to expose my own political slant except to say that I am in step with the values set out by Presssident Ronald Reagan. Here is a link to the story.

    Hey, yeah the Steelers are OK and Pittsburgh is a nice city. However, Philly is the CITY OF BROTHERLY LOVE and quite a few Navy Tars call Philadelphia home. Let's hear from some Phillies, Eagles and Flyers fans.

Guantanamo Bay

Yes, I am a Pennsylvania vet.  I probably haven't got as involved as I should.  I would love to be in contact with guys who I served with, especially in Guantanamo Bay 1960-62.  However, I had a lot of friends in Norfolk at NAS in 1958-60. It would be great if we could all hook up with our buddies from times in the past.  If any of you folks were in Guantanamo Bay please join our Association at www.gitmobay.org.  Have a great year.
