DEAR WARD my name is SHERWIN HILL i live in MARIETTA OHIO i saw where you joined navy vets and i read that you were on theUSS.NEPTUNE in 1963 -1965 my first duty was on board the NEPTUNE FROM 1970 - 71 where i got a early out a christmas cut DEC23 1971 was my last day on the ship .sure was great to be home with my family... over the years i have been in touch with my best friend he was on board with me then this last spring my wife and i went to LIVERMORE CALF that is where he nows lives to see him and his wonderful family. while we were a other ship mate came down to see me he lives 75 miles from livermore calf. it sure was a great reunion for us three ship mates any how just wanted to welcome you to the new site for navy vets take care and MERRYchristmas SHERWIN HILL MARIETTA OHIO
