Hi Stu! Good to hear from you. Bruce Griffiths, Dave Smith, and I get together, and we connected with Roy McCarthy in NYC last year. You look good for an old guy, which of course we all are.
There was a problem that most of the ships with us did not technically qualify for the VSM at the time. We worked with our congresspeople to rectify this, got an amendment to the DOD funding bill in the House but the Senate killed it.
