  Great pictures Fred!!!!!!!!!! I had forgotten just how TALL Calvin Fryman is/was until the pic with stinky,him and me on the flightdeck. Remember he slept in the medical birthing because there was 6 bunks I think that was 7 ft. long.

  Welcome Fred. I never had the pleasure of meeting you but you are a member of a very special group of people. Someday I hope to be able to meet you and share some of the stories of our Foundry experiences. I am a Truck Driver now but don't get up into Illinois to often, however If I ever do get a run in that direction I will let you know and maybe I can buy you lunch or dinner somewhere and share some sea stories. Great pictures. I had just gotten out of "J" school and was on the Cape Cod when you were in "A" School. Soon after I was injured in an accident and after recovering went on to the USS Sierra down in Charleston. Again, welcome aboard.

  Hey Fred, See you found it alright! Glad you made it on here,I have some of those same pics you posted.Parties at Ford Hall HAHA. We had a big "A" school class,I can't even remember all the names.
