USS Clifton Sprague FFG-16

USS CLIFTON SPRAGUE was the tenth ship in the PERRY - class of guided missile frigates and the first ship in the Navy to bear the name. Decommissioned on June 2, 1995, the CLIFTON SPRAGUE was subsequently given to the Turkish Navy and where she was recommissioned as GEMLIK.
