These Sem flags have been mothballed since 1982, I unfurled them after 33 yrs. solely to send my big sis a visual happy bday message.. It took me about an hour to bone up after consulting MarineWaypoints.com, but sent HAPPY BIRTHDAY by SEM.
BTW that site is great for the visual comms enthusiast! They even have a code flag & semaphore test game to test yor knowledge.
