Ok......This was aboard USS Santa Barbara (AE-28) in the Med 1980. We just completed a "Fam Fire" from the bow, and the guy to the right holding the M-14 was the PO in charge of 3rd Div. (GMG1 Tim Flynn, a Vietnam brown water Vet with one Purple Heart and one Bronze Star). The dude behind was Cooksie. Don't know the dude in the khakis
