You're right, it was a blast. The first time I,d ever been to one. Something always came up on the other reunions. Too bad all the members of "Damn Right" couldn't be there. I hope I can make it to Boston next year. It'll be the first time I've been to the east coast since I was in the Navy. I'll try to get my wife to go next time. My son went with me to Milwaukee. We stopped in Chicago on the way home and had deep dish pizza and visited the Navy Pier. First time I'd ever been there.
Terry I totally agree. the Milwaukee reunion we had last August was a blast. Getting together with a few old friends i hadn't seen in over thirty years and meeting new friends was well worth the trip. Even my Uncle Ernie had a great time with the Ol Mil sailors.
