after Nuc School and teaching at the D1G Nuc Plant in Upstate NY I was sent down to the NYShipyard in Camden NJ to be pre-com for the USS Truxtun which would be the sister ship of the USS Bainbridge. et as EMC and on to Pearl Harbor, HI
