Homeported in Yokosuka during Viet Nam

I served on the flagship of the 7th Fleet USS OKLAHOMA CITY (CLG-5) 1968-69.  We were home ported in Yokosuka during Viet Nam.  Spent a lot of time on Honcho Street when we were in port.  Is it still there?  Back then sailors had to wear uniforms when leaving the base but most of us had lockers in locker clubs on the beach where we kept our civvies.  Many bars on Honcho street would let you check in your own cases of beer to be kept in their refers for your person use.  We would buy cases of beer on the base and carry it to our favorite bar to check it in.  Also back then the exchange rate was 360 yen to the dollar so our money went a long way.
