Pre comm days

 

All i remember about precomm was how much work we all did,I mean as HTs we had to sert up all the repair lockers,and it always took like twelve hours because the trucks didnt get there from quantico till like noon,i remember we all worked at it even our chiefs and divo helped us,which we all respected.Mr gilliean thank you !!

  • I remember, as a Nuke Electrician's Mate, waiting for everything. Waiting for the keel to get laid, reading up on all documentation. In fact, I was selected to be the school bus driver to take everyone to the PCU from our govt subsidized apartments.Got that baby sideways coming over a frozen bridge & tapping the brakes. Not a lot for nukes to do but study & wait...
