    Checked on board USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) in San Diego October 1990 during her first port visit on the West Coast after coming around the Horn enroute to NAS Alameda.  Made the first West PAC, which involved Operation Firey Virgil after Mount Pinatubo erupted.  Retired on board in January of 93.
