William Leon Teague entered bootcamp May 23 1966 San Diego, Ca. Came out of bootcamp as SFMA going to USS Cadmus AR-14 at Newport RI. untill 9/68 then went to Norfolk,Va. to the USS Francis Marion LPA 249 till 1/70 we made a couple Med. Crusies and was Back-up Recovery Ship for Apollo 11 mission.

Enlisted in Austin June 1968 went to NTC San Diego, Ca., HCS Balboa Hospital San Diego, Ca., FMSS Camp Pendleton, Ca. 1st Duty Station Parris Island MCRD Dispensary, S.C. 2nd Duty Station Vietnam 1st MarDiv 1/7 C Co. Last Duty Station NAS Hospital Albany, Ga. Released from active duty June 1972. Was a Letter Carrier for the USPS from Nov. 1973- Jan 2011.Am now retired and enjoying life.
Born in Corsicana, Texas in 1946 and lived there until joining the Navy in 1966
