I didn't know of a Signalman "A" school in R.I. I went to SM school in Orlando, 1973. From there I went to my first Navy destroyer, "USS George K. Mackenzie DD-836.
I did would like to connect with other Sivvy Wavers. We are a unique elite bunch of shipmates.
Served as a Signalman for 22 years - Have Active duty and the rest in the Naval Reserves. Would like to talk to other skivy waivers who sailed the seas on the signal bridge. SM 1 Roberto Ramos, USNR Retired
