I just joined Navy Veterans and found this command. I was in 3rd company of the Reserve BQC which commenced in January 1982.
I was a GMT Chief upon being direct commissioned with 15 years enlisted service, a BBA degree and 11 years IT experience. I guess I became a generalist, having stayed 22 more years to retire as Commander. Touch many area of Supply from aviation, procurement, submarines, military Sealift and staff positions in area commands. Retired at the Navy Memorial October 2003.
