    Regular Navy 1966-1970, I can remember back to the times in the Med in 1967 playing cat and mouse games with the Russian Navy. Also spent several days deployed searching for the USS Scorpion SSN-589 (god rest their souls). Served aboard the Uss Sarsfield (DD837), Plank Owner USS Julius A. Furer (DEG-6).
