ACC on 600# M-type

Has anyone heard of having Bailey ACC on a 600# M-type boiler?  As an amateur Navy historian, a 1200# BT and a factory rep for Bailey, I'd never heard of such a thing, but I have a picture of the Bailey console onboard the USS NORTHAMPTON (CLD/CC-1),
