Hi there.  Did 25 years.  Best memories were on the sweeps.  USS Exultant and cross decking to the USS Dominant -- 1974 - 1978.

Big adjustment in Navy career was going from USS Springfield (CLG7)/COMSIXFLT to what I call fondly Mchales Navy - on the sweeps.   I vaguely remember seeing sweeps tied up in Naples, Italy 1964-64 and wondering what class ship it was.   Loved the comradeship on the sweeps.
