"Found this photo in my collection of the Bluejackets Inn at NAS Jax. Had lots of fun there listening to the "Ravens" band in 1966."

Worked in the VA-174 AE shop from 1966 to 1969 with Seligman, Pruitt, Chief Bramblett. Andy Cavar was the Master Chief. Did carrier quals with our new A7 Corsairs on the Independence, America, and the Lexington. Had a lot of friends with fellow AE's from next door at Va-44 - Dick Couch, Wayne Thomsen, and many more. Joined Mass Air National Guard after discharge and retired in 2001 as a Master Sgt (ran the AE shop). Our F-15's from Otis ANG 102nd fighter wing were first on scene at the twin towers on 9-11.
