Skylark was my 3rd ship in my 22 year career of 7 ships. My sea detail was the pilot house bridge engine speed controller. My 4 point mooring station was the search light. Also remember some great liberty in the Caribbean. In port it was always The Sub Bar on Bank   Street and Lamabellies ( spelling?) dance place also on Bank Street. And back in those days civvies were not allowed on the ship so the first stop was a locker club in town to change!
