After completing boot camp in Great Lakes, I went to "MM" A school in Nov 1974

Went to Great Lakes Boot Camp in November 1969 it was 45 degrees below Zero. Company 668. Talk about tying your clothes to the line and get it stuck on the metal poles, It would rip right off when you pulled it. Man it was cold.

Attended gunnery "A" school in the big green, glass box. Does anyone know how I can get a copy of my class photo? (1980)

Went through Boot Camp in Camp Barry may 1959.
Got Typhoid from the shots. Sick as a dog for about a week. Was working in Chicago a couple of years ago. Made a trip to the base and visited my old barracks (brand new when I was there). It was being torn down but it was nice to see it before it was gone.
