H-2 HH-46 and transits aircraft, I was also a traveling tool box and AMS corrosion specialist assigned Meditrainen aircraft air wing command corrosion  inspection team traveling through the Med. As I was in Sig  I Sowed on my AMS1 chevron at this time. I left Sig Oct. 1976 on orders for NAS Oceana.

Worked at the LOX Farm there during the Gulf War (1990-1993). Made MM1 while I was stationed there and also earned my EAWS there as a blackshoe. One of my most favorite commands of my career.

I was stationed in Sunny Sig. when it was a NAF in 1972.  It was a good time when the things were rough.  I had an apartment in Mota, that was the low rent district, big time people moved higher up the mountain,  The AO shop was just outside NAF 2; memories.
