Navy Norfolk was my first duty station. Served there as an air controlman at Navy Norfolk Tower from August of 1969 through December of 1971.

I was stationed at NAS Norfolk from 1966 to 1969. Assigned to the Paraloft in LP-14. Also worked TAD w/ VF-31 and VAW-12 before a billet opened up in AMD. Responded to crash of the Canadair cargo plane when I saw it crash behind the fuel farm as I was headed to the exchange. Anyone in these groups PLEASE respond.

Hi Glenn Duffy.  We were at NAS Norfolk at the same time.  I was assigned to the NAS Personnel Department.  I got there in December 1958 and left in June 1960.  My next two years were spent at GITMO.
