Twice I heard this command. May 26,1981 about 12:05 am of the coast of Jacksonville. The next morning we were supposed to be in Lauderdale. Lost 14 that night and the paper says 45 injured but we treated 86. I was located aft BDS . I was the oral Surg tech aboard as a Dental tech. USS Nimitz .2nd one Aug 19, 81 gulf of sidra about 7:20 am USA 2 Libya 0 , F-14 vs SR-22 MIG.

I head it once, on the blockade line around Cuba when a Russian sub was detected.

And later in the middle of the Atlantic as a Russian destroyer passed by at about 100 yards. I can still hear the

shrill and shaking voice of the bosun on the bridge.

And then when cruising up the Orinoco River in Venezuela, when several Venezuelan navy ships were following us
