Crossed the artic circle in 1984 on the uss america.

Crossed Arctic Circle, late 1957 onboard USS BOSTON,CAG-1, while operating with NATO.  Was in Division 6 (Guided Missile Division), so had the "Privilege" of standing fantail watches at night, and early mornings we had to clean and swab the missile deck in the freezing cold (not sure why).

Crosed thecircle in '51 and '52. the first time to supply Thule when it was being built, the secont time to supply the DEW line
