Served with VA-85 out of NAS Oceana. went across the pond aboard USS Constellation '69-70. Live in Benton, AR.

came back to my "roots" ,in 1998,lived in salem,on a mini ranch,had a good pond too,but wife was "hit" ,by a "copperhead",so short storey, moved to paragould and love it!!

Live and work in Paragould (Northeast Arkansas). Moved here from Southern Calif in 2002. Enlisted in the Navy in 1969 and retired in 1995. An absolute awesome experience that I would recommend to anyone. Nothing but fond memories.

I hav uploaded a bunch of pictures on my page. They were taken aboard the USS Kidd. Every part of the ship is exactly the same as that of the USS John Rodgers DD574. There were a large number of the Fletcher Class destroyers operating with us in the South Pacific during WW11. I'm still hoping we can bring the J.R. back from Mexico.

michael roe. 1954 to 1962. stationed @ anacostia naval air station 1955-1956 and fasron 104 in port lyautey, french morocco 1956-1957. reserve from 1957 to 1962. Had some great duty and saw a lot. mike
