A very SAD & ALARMING news article today:

My prayer and condolences go out to the families of OUR fallen service members, as always "WE HAVE THE WATCH".

Lets all hope and pray that the US Navy does the right thing and starts an investigation into this SERIOUS PROBLEM.

Who knows what might be their reason, but sad  news indeed.

I understand as far as long hours and the burn out, and maybe easier said than done, but I always think that there is always a tomorrow, if you can just get professional help and hang in there.

The ship was in the yards during this time, so may have been personal issues at play, not so much stress from long hours. At the least, it didn't happen during deployment. Suicide is a permanent solution to a short term problem.
