At least I was sent to FMSS before I was sent to the 11th Marines!
I was never at 29 Palms, I did serve with someone that ended up there - his name was Jon Bretag - he was one crazy s.o.b. we did time together at 3rd med batt.
When I left the Navy I never took another flu shot, haven't had the flu since. Go figure. had a few other things but at my age, I am still working on Cars for fun.. Not near as often as I used to mind you.. one day work, two day recoup!
