Greetings Chief, I saw your post and wanted to ask your advice.I just recently started having alot of breathing problems. I was a HT for 6 yrs on board floating drydocks the whole time.Alot of exposure to asbestos. I just started this process and am already discouraged and tired of all the testing and poking around.I have been on full disabilty [ssd]for 5 yrs now that is not related to the breathing problems. I have asbestos in my r/lung and have gradually started having more problems.I have real bad coughing spells to the point of choking and almost passing out. The doctors tell me that I only have it in one lung and that isnt that serious.I know how I feel inside and it doesn't feel right. Is this how yours felt when it started?
Welcome aboard shipmate, May you have Fair Winds and Following Seas!
