  • Did my Boot Camp there in 1956

  • I meant my Radioman School time was July 1965 to January of 1966. Being a 40-year newspaperman, I see that I had a typo in my last comment.

  • I'm not sure how to make comments on this site, but am trying to respond to Joe Wilkinson. It sounds like we were both at Bainbridge during the same era. My Radioman School time was from July 1965 to January of 1962. I was an RM3 after a kitty cruise and then another two-year-enlistment. I live in Palmer, MA and am 71-years-old. -Frederick Smith-

  • Attended Radio A School in 1965. This place had a neat EM Club and brought in some good bands, which brought in some good looking ladies.

  • I attended Yeoman "A" School October to December 1966.  On to NS Roosevelt Roads, PR and then on to Naval Support Activity Saigon, RVN for duty at MACV.

Bumped into several classmates along the way.  Would like to hear from anyone.
