I Served from 1959 through 1963, aboard Unrep Ships.
I had the pleasure of working with crusty WW2 Veterans, so I felt a great deal of pride to
wear Crossed Anchors on my sleeve, and associate with Heros.
Prior to leaving the Fleet, I took part in the Cuban Quarantine, and we have Annual Reunions with Shipmates of that Era.
It's been proven to me, a Shipmate is a Shipmate for Life.
