Was with the Choir 1954-55 during Boot Camp & FT school. Great experience with good friends! Highlight was singing at halftime at the Sugarbowl between Navy and Old Miss. New Years Eve in New Orleans -- tough duty! Hard to believe that was 60+ years ago...

I sang with the choir from January 1965 till March 65 while at NTC Great Lakes.
I sang with the Blue Jacket Choir from 1969 to 1979 during my EM A school. We went in to Chicago to sing a couple of times.
I was in the Blue Jacket Choir while in boot camp from April 1969 thru June 1969. During that time we had the opportunity to go to Chicago to sing for the recently returned Apollo 10 astronauts. Quite an honor that I will always remember!
Ah the good memories of Boot Camp. A whole lot better than Happy Hour.
I met my first wife because of a concert we put on at the "Conrad Hilton".
Mr. J.D. was an awesome director and person.
This was the Best part of RTC and I stayed in till I completed HM-A school
I miss the comradeship and the friendships.
