  • Was stationed at NAS Fallon AIMD from January 1993 to February 1996. It was a great place to work, and I enjoyed my time in Fallon.

  • Was stationed at AIMD / Supply from 1995 - 1998. The duty there was a good pace after being stationed on the USS Eisenhower and then VFA - 195 in Atsugi, Japan. A plus to the Fallon assignment was that I had relatives in Winnemucca, NV.

  • Went to NAS Fallon on detachments from the Squadrons I was in. Then was stations there from 2001 to 2004 in Strike Fighter Wing Pacific Detachment Fallon; as the Assistant Maintenance Officer, then the MMCO, and then as the CMC. It was really different from working on S-3s, A-3s, A-4s, A-6s, A-7s & P-3s to working on F-18s.

  • Was stationed at NAS Fallon 1981-1983.  OC division (communications) in the tower.  It was certainly different duty!  I enjoyed most of time there.

  • My deployments to NAS Fallon with VA-122 from NAS Lemoore in 1965 - 1969 were something to look forward to, I enjoyed them emensely.
