  I remember my husband talking about the great food at Mama's, we even tried to find it a few years back but couldn't. I Moved to the Pace area from Minneapolis, MN 12-31-89. Then I moved to East Milton as a full time RVer in 91 where I met my late husband Jim in 96. He was stationed at NAS Whiting until put on TDRL in March 94. He was in security there.

  I freqented the yellow bird on Pace Blvd. When I first got to Pcola in 1970 it was mostly woods and beaches. By 1985 it was high rises and a vacation spot from Alabama point to Destin.

  Stationed NAS Pcola from '69 - '73. Research subject at NAMI for space program. Assigned to USS Lexington.
  Also frequented Mama Della's Spanish Castle .

  Stationed NAS Pcola from 1980-1985. Chief Air Traffic Controller @ Sherman Field. Assigned as augmentation Controller to the FAA @ Pcola Regional Airport during FAA Controller Strike.
